All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. Customers must add signature tracking to their order upon checkout in case of USPS errors. Adding this feature to your order will protect you in case your product shows “Delivered” and you did not receive it. Purity Kratom will not re-ship products if it says “Delivered” and a customer does not have signature tracking activated on their order.If you paid by ACH or E-Check your order will be processed once your payment has cleared our bank. This can take up to 4 – 5 days so please be patient. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.Once your payment clears, your order will be processed and shipped out that day.

Although extremely rare there may be some people who can not use Kratom. Purity Kratom offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee based on the following criteria:

– Customer must return package (at customers cost) via USPS priority mail within 30 days of receiving the package. 

– Package must contain at least 70% or more of the original product purchased. 

– Customer must return package in original packaging which was provided by Purity Kratom. 

– Purity Kratom reserves the right to refuse an exchange on questionable products upon inspection of returned merchandise. If item is not in its original condition upon receiving from the customer, Purity Kratom reserves the right to decline the exchange. 

– Customer must send a receipt or proof of purchase with package. 

– Purity Kratom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

– Refunds, Returns and Cancellations will be handled through email or our Contact Us Form if necessary. 

– Items purchased On Sale are not eligible for refund. 

– Refunds will be remitted once a product is received, inspected and meets the return/refund criteria. Customers will be notified by email once the approval or rejection has been made. If your refund is approved we will notify the customer and let them know how the refund will be credited.
